Here we go with these delicious Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Bars!
2 sticks, (1 cup) melted butter
2 eggs
2 TBSP vanilla extract
2/3 cup peanut butter (heaping)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips (keep a few out to sprinkle on top)
3 cups brown sugar
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla and peanut butter together. Add in brown sugar, flour and chips. Place into a parchment lined or non stick sprayed 9x13 and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes and lift out and cut!
